Please find below all Judicial Decorum Orders for the People VS. W. Balfour Criminal Trial. Per Judicial Order, all reporters / media personnel wearing the Special-Issue Trial Credential and who will be in the Trial Courtroom to cover the proceedings are required to sign the Media Acknowledgement Form found below.

REPORTERS / MEDIA PERSONNEL IN THE TRIAL COURTROOM ARE REQUIRED TO READ ALL THREE DECORUM ORDERS BEFORE SIGNING THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM. Photographers and other media personnel not in the Trial Courtroom will still be bound by the Decorum Orders, but do not have to sign the Acknowledgement Form. The Decorum Orders will be posted throughout the Courthouse.

All forms should be compiled by a member of your media organization and turned in when picking up Credentials prior to the start of the Trial.
